Due to the January 2nd passage of the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012, the delivery of the Instructions for Form 1040 has been delayed indefinitely. We hope to see these instructions by the end of February.
In the meantime, you can download and print Form 1040, or visit www.irs.gov for all Forms and Publications, or call 1-800-829-3676 to request forms by mail.
