Yoga Time

Join us to strengthen your body and mind! We’ll be combining books and yoga for some flexible fun.  Breath like the ocean, stack like Legos or become a warrior as you learn new poses and make new friends!  Yoga and meditation are proven to help manage stress, gain flexibility, improve ability to focus, and give a sense of overall wellbeing.  Wear comfy clothing you can move in!
